This withdrawn green coloured 1000 Albanian Lek (Skanderbeg) banknote on the front side has a portrait of Albania’s national hero, Gjergj Kastrioti Skanderbeg, and the numerical value. The reverse side of the note shows Skanderbeg’s emblem in the centre and Castle of Kruja on the left.
