The 25 Dinars was a circulation coin of Iraq, struck in 1425 AH (2004 CE) as part of the post-2003 coinage. It was produced in copper-plated steel, giving it a reddish-bronze finish over a robust steel core. The coin is round, weighs 2.5 g and measures 17.5 mm in diameter, the smallest of the contemporary Iraqi denominations. It served as low-value change in general circulation.
The obverse carries the value in a central circle, which divides the surrounding legend.
The reverse shows the outline of the map of Iraq, positioned so that it divides the dates.
