The 5 pence Isle of Man coin is copper-nickel and weighs 5.65g. The obverse side of the 5 pence coin shows a bust of Queen Elizabeth II, wearing the ” Girls of Great Britain and Ireland ” Tiara with the wording ELIZABETH THE SECOND. The reverse side of the coin shows the Tower of Refuge, erected in 1832 on a rock near the mouth of Douglas Harbour.
