Singapore Dollar banknotes were issued in different denominations by the Monetary Authority of Singapore including this 10 Singapore Dollar banknote (Ships Series). This 10 SGD paper banknote forms part of the withdrawn series of Singapore Dollar banknotes. This 10 SGD banknote was issued in 1988 and in 1999 were withdrawn from circulation.
This ten Singapore dollar banknote is orange in colour and on the obverse side has an image of a Palari Boat, a traditional sailing vessel from South Sulawesi – also a barter trading vessel. The reverse side shows a view of Public Housing and $10.
