Shipping Guidelines
Can I send both coins and banknotes together?
Yes, you can send both coins and banknotes in the same package. Pack them securely and use a bubble envelope to prevent damage.
What’s the best way to package coins?
Pack coins securely to avoid damaging the envelope. You can tape them to a piece of cardboard or wrap them in foil.
Strengthen the package edges with tape. If sending in a parcel, fill empty spaces with light materials like bubble wrap or newspaper to prevent movement.
What’s the best way to send banknotes?
Place banknotes in a flyer or greeting card and use an opaque envelope. If sending many notes, consider using a padded or cardboard envelope.
How should I seal the envelope?
Seal the envelope securely with strong tape applied to the edges and corners to prevent tampering or coins from falling out.
What address should I send my currency to?
Send your currency to:
WBAC C/O TXL Logistics
Unit 3B, 8 Cowley Road
Nuffield Industrial Estate
Poole BH17 0UJ
United Kingdom
Use “WBAC” instead of “We Buy All Currency” on the parcel to keep the contents discreet!
Should I include my return address?
Yes, include a return address in case your shipment needs to be returned.
How much does postage cost?
Postage depends on the size, weight, and delivery company. Check with your delivery service for accurate costs, and pay the full amount to avoid return or collection issues.
Should I use a tracked and signed-for postal service?
If you are sending more than £20 we recommend using a tracked service like Royal Mail Signed For. For higher values (over £50 in the UK), use Royal Mail Special Delivery.
What else should I include with my currency?
Include your exchange form or a note with your online reference number when sending your notes and coins.
What happens if my package is lost?
If you’re using a tracked service, you can file a claim with the postal company. For high-value items, always use a service that provides proof of delivery.
How long does it take for my currency to be processed?
Processing time depends on the delivery method and volume of currency. Usually, it takes about 3 – 5 business days after your package arrives at the destination.
What should I do if my package is returned?
If your package is returned, check if you paid the correct postage and the correct address was on the package.
Can I send currency from any country?
